I have posted this once but I really liked this article that made me wonder exactly what sort of aerobics class my wife goes to a couple night each week. The article was about a new aerobics class were they use Stiletto heels to sculpt their lower body and "get great legs." They went on to say that if your local gym doesn't offer these classes yet they might soon. They also started Cardio striptease and and a class called Whipped where there are actual whips involved! I positive that most of these classes are held in the big cities and the day one is held in my local YMCA I will be running for the hills!
