I bought a pair of clogs last week, they are brown with a bow that has two little balls that hang down. My freaking cat chewed the balls off of one pair, I was ready to throw that cat in the river! I'm just kidding but now I have to cut the other balls off.

That was a little funny, I think your cat needs a little trimming and deserves some kind of disciplinary action, but not to the extent of throwing him to the river. Maybe you can try to keep your clogs or some other stuffs away from your cat so that he won't be able to ruin anything. I think those balls are intended to be out of the clogs.
