'Stiletto Heel Workout!'

Today I read an article that made me wonder exactly what sort of aerobics class my wife goes to a couple night each week. The article was about a new aerobics class were they use Stiletto heels to sculpt their lower body and "get great legs." They went on to say that if your local gym doesn't offer these classes yet they might soon. They also started Cardio striptease and and a class called Whipped where there are actual whips involved! I positive that most of these classes are held in the big cities and the day one is held in my local YMCA I will be running for the hills!

You should participate in those classes too if you want to tone your calf muscles!

Wow this aerobics class sounds pretty interesting, I wonder if there will be any classes around my hometown.

I myself take these classes and they are really fun, its just a pole dancing class, that is all women. It is like stripping but you do not take your clothes off, and like I said it is full of women.

I love to do aerobics, and I always fell so good about myself for the rest of the day after I do a good hard work out.
